If a property submitted through your referral is successfully acquired by Stumble Property or one of our partners, you may receive:

A qualifying property referral will typically relate to a residential property that appears vacant, neglected or underused and includes sufficient and accurate information for our team to carry out an initial review.


Qualifying properties will generally:

  • not already be known to Stumble Property
  • not be actively marketed for sale
  • not have recently sold or changed ownership
  • represent a genuine and relevant opportunity
  • contain enough information to allow the property to be reasonably identified and assessed


Voucher rewards are issued at the sole discretion of Stumble Property following successful review and verification of the referral.


Duplicate, incomplete, misleading or publicly advertised property submissions may not qualify for rewards.


We encourage all Stumblers to submit referrals responsibly using publicly visible observations only.

Stumble Property does not encourage trespassing, unlawful access or harassment in relation to any property.
