Stumble Property Rewards & Referral Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Rewards & Referral Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Stumble Property referral and rewards programme (“Programme”).
By submitting a property referral or participating in the Programme, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Stumble Property reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Programme or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
Participants must:
- be aged 18 or over
- provide accurate and truthful information
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- submit referrals responsibly and respectfully
Employees, contractors or direct partners of Stumble Property may be excluded from reward eligibility at our discretion.
3. Responsible Referrals
Stumble Property encourages responsible and ethical property referrals only.
Participants must not:
- trespass on private property
- gain unlawful access to any premises
- harass occupants, neighbours or property owners
- engage in unsafe, intrusive or unlawful behaviour
All referrals should be based only on publicly visible observations or lawfully obtained information.
4. Qualifying Property Referrals
A property referral may qualify for review where it:
- relates to a residential property
- appears vacant, neglected or underused
- contains sufficient and accurate information
- is considered genuine and relevant by Stumble Property
- is not already known to Stumble Property
- is not currently being actively marketed for sale
- has not recently sold or changed ownership
- Referrals must contain sufficient detail to enable Stumble Property to reasonably identify and assess the property.
- Properties that are publicly listed, actively marketed or widely advertised for sale may not qualify for rewards.
Submission of a property does not guarantee qualification for any reward.
Stumble Property reserves the right to request additional information before determining reward eligibility.
Stumble Property reserves the sole right to determine whether a referral qualifies under the Programme.
5. Duplicate Referrals
Rewards are payable only to the first qualifying referral received for a property.
If multiple participants submit the same property, Stumble Property reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
6. £20 Amazon Voucher Reward
A £20 Amazon voucher may be issued for qualifying property referrals that successfully pass our initial review process.
Voucher rewards:
- are issued at the sole discretion of Stumble Property
- are limited to qualifying referrals only
- are non-transferable
- carry no cash alternative
Stumble Property reserves the right to refuse voucher rewards where referrals are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, misleading or otherwise unsuitable.
7. 1% Referral Reward
Where a property referral directly results in a successful acquisition by Stumble Property or one of its approved partners, the participant may be eligible to receive a referral reward equal to:
1% of the final property purchase price
The maximum referral reward payable under the Programme is capped at:
£10,000
Referral rewards are:
- subject to successful legal completion of the acquisition
- payable only after completion has occurred
- subject to verification and qualification checks
- entirely discretionary and subject to approval by Stumble Property
No reward shall be payable where:
- the acquisition does not complete
- the referral is duplicated
- the property was already known to Stumble Property
- the participant breaches these Terms
- fraudulent, misleading or unlawful behaviour is suspected
8. Payment Of Rewards
Where applicable, rewards will normally be issued within a reasonable timeframe following:
- successful verification
- qualification approval
- legal completion (where relevant)
Participants may be required to provide proof of identity or additional information before rewards are issued.
9. Fraudulent Or Misleading Activity
Stumble Property reserves the right to:
- reject referrals
- withhold rewards
- suspend participants
- terminate participation in the Programme
where fraudulent, abusive, misleading or inappropriate behaviour is suspected.
10. Limitation Of Liability
Stumble Property accepts no liability for:
- unsuccessful referrals
- delays in review or payment
- acquisitions that do not proceed
- technical issues relating to submissions
- indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Programme
Participation is entirely at the participant’s own discretion and risk.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
By participating in the Programme, you agree that Stumble Property may store and process your information for the purposes of:
- managing referrals
- administering rewards
- communicating regarding the Programme
- operating the Stumblers network
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
12. General
Stumble Property reserves the right to:
- amend these Terms at any time
- withdraw or modify rewards
- refuse participation
- determine qualification criteria
- make final decisions regarding all referrals and rewards
All decisions made by Stumble Property in relation to the Programme shall be final.
